An unauthorized access to the reservation system Booking.com has been discovered causing the following issues to guest reservations.
・Possible leakage of personal information registered during reservation.
・Unauthorized e-mails sent to guests without hotel acknowledgement.
We have promptly taken actions to strengthen our software security and contacted Booking.com to investigate the situation.
We ask you not to access any files or links attached to emails that doesn’t use the hotel’s official email address. And, we strongly advise to not access any links that request any additional information or payments.
If you receive any emails with suspicious contents, please contact the hotel directly or Booking.com customer center immediately.
